Email support@eyeform.app. We reply within one business day, usually sooner. When reporting a bug, please include:
- Your device and iOS version.
- What you were doing when the problem happened, and what you expected instead.
- A screenshot, if relevant.
Frequently asked questions
I forgot my password.
Tap Forgot? next to the password field on the sign-in screen. We will email you a reset link. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam or write to us.
Can I use eyeform on more than one device?
Yes. Sign in with the same account on any phone or tablet, and your records sync automatically.
Are my clients' photos shared with anyone?
No. Photos are stored in your private account storage and encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security prevents any other eyeform user from seeing them, and we do not access them except as described in our Privacy Policy (for example, to help with a support request you raise).
How do I export my data?
Email support@eyeform.app with the subject "Data export request" and we will send a machine-readable archive of your records.
How do I delete my account?
Inside the app: open the Settings tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. Or follow the steps at eyeform.app/delete-account.
Is there a web version?
Not yet. eyeform is designed for the moment a client is in the chair, so we focus on the phone and tablet apps first.
